Sam & Max season 2 selecting episode freezes wii #80

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Run Sam & Max Season 2
2. Select an episode, Wii freezes when trying to load episode with a black 
screen 

What revision are you using? With what configuration
(SNEEK/UNEEK/SNEEK+DI)?
SNEED+DI r121

Please provide any additional information below.

Selecting an episode to play in Sam & Max Season 1 works

Sam & Max Season 2 uses the dol loader of the apploader for loading the 
episodes which seems to crash for some reason.

found a bug in DiscEX, use latest version (0.5b) to fix this issue.
