Contra Rebirth Freeze

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.  Launch Contra Rebirth
2.  It will go to the loading screen, perhaps prompting to make a save if you 
didn't already, and it will either freeze, or start the cutscene.
3.  If you make it through the cutscene, or skip it, the Wii will freeze on a 
black screen.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Game loading.  See a black screen instead.

What revision are you using? With what configuration
(SNEEK/UNEEK/SNEEK+DI)?

R130, UNEEK+DI

Please provide any additional information below.

I had the same issue a few revisions back.  I believe I was on R127 when I 
first encountered the problem.  I then updated to R130 to see if it was fixed, 
it's not.

Using a 4.3 USA nand, on a NTSC-U console.  All needed IOSes are installed.

This is due the cheat menu, comment it out and it will work again.
