Sneek Game Title List is completely corrupt #99

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Installed SNEEK+DI tediously around May (Revision 90~)
2. Updated directly to Sneek+DI R140
3. Spent 30 minutes to determine .bin files were renamed and relocated
3. Noticed all game titles names are hopelessly corrupt 

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What revision are you using? With what configuration
(SNEEK/UNEEK/SNEEK+DI)?

R140 Sneek+DI

The files weren't just renamed the format also changed, delete the diconfig.bin 
to fix your issue.
