4.1.9 Wii - Ms. PacMan #496

Version 4.1.9 Wii (and I believe 4.1.8) will not load the Ms. PacMan ROM.

Version 4.1.5 Wii loads the ROM perfectly fine.

Does this issue occur on SNES9x for Windows 1.52? If so, please report the
issue on the Snes9x forum.

sounds like an Snes9x 1.52 issue. report it there.

My apologies. No, it does not load on v. 1.52 for Windows. 
(Though it does load on 1.51 for Windows.)
