Wiimote Re-assignment #502

Describe the enhancement desired or suggested change:

a method of disconnecting ,then reconnecting, the wiimotes
in order to rearrange player assignment.

Please use labels and text to provide additional information.

nothing(exept exiting to wii menu, reconnecting, then restarting of the 
emu) works to reassign the wiimotes. not even taking out the batteries.
is it possible (and not to difficult) to impliment this via point-and-
click on batteries icon, adding a wiimote icon, or pressing the sync 
button on the Wii. thanks in advance.

do this in the Wii menu. not possible at the moment via homebrew.
