Power button does not power off wii anymore #540

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Load emulator
2. Hold Power Button

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

In previous versions, the wii used to turn off. Now, just the wiimote turns off.

Does this issue occur on SNES9x for Windows 1.52? If so, please report the
issue on the Snes9x forum.

What version are you using? On GameCube or Wii?

Wii 4.2.0

Are you using the official build (from the downloads page or auto-update)?

I guess that this is actually a problem with the wii libraries, but I don't 
know where to report problems with that so since it affects the emulators, I 
thought I'd just report it here.

this works perfectly fine for me (and everyone I think). Not sure what's 
happening for you. But it could be because it tries to save settings before 
exiting and for some reason for you it's stalling.
