Repeated update notification #543

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open Snes9x-gx 4.2.1
2. Wait for a few seconds

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
It should not show up after the latest is installed, also it doesn't change the 
version in the top right it says 4.1.8 all the time. 

What version are you using? On GameCube or Wii?
Wii

Are you using the official build (from the downloads page or auto-update)?
Both

then you're not actually being updated. Try completely removing your old 4.1.8 
version first.

Already did, sorry I thought that was implied when I put both. Anyway, it's 
fine now, whatever was going on it worked on an autoupdate
