Multiple IPS Support - Select from several patches and patch "on the fly" #571

Describe the enhancement desired or suggested change:
Would it be possible to add the ability to choose from one of several IPS 
patches to apply to a ROM upon loading?  I ask as there are several intriguing 
patches out there for existing games, offering additional functions, levels, 
etc. etc. etc., and it would be nice to include the original ROM just once and 
apply a selected IPS when playing.

This specifically deals with the large variety of SMW level patches.
