What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Customize input setting in portrait mode

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
No way to properly customize touch control layout in portrait mode. Buttons can
only be moved in landscape mode and are are all over the place when switched to
portrait.
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Version 1.4.2 on Droid razr maxx android 4.0.4
