Black screen issue solved with SDHC. #125

Many people like me have "black screen" issue. With r174 everything is OK but 
issue is with newer versions like r221, r229, r240, r243, r253, r254, r260 and 
now with r261 on each game.

I made many tests with my two 2GB memory cards. Finally I tried with other 
memory card (SDHC 8GB class 4 Adata) and there was no problem. Probably there 
is an issue with 2GB memory cards or with nonHC memory cards.

I am using SD Gecko and PAL Gamecube modded with XenoGC.

Can you try again with r267 as we resolved some FAT issues.

Today I checked with r276 and another 2GB MicroSD card - the same issue.
