Sorry if it is a little messed up. I tried to submit my cheats.qch and I lost
all my progress.

I think it is the new cheat loader or the compressed version that is the
problem. I tested this with Swiss 0.1 r62 and it works flawlessly. I am 75%
sure it is the cheat engine.

I would like to ask that GCARS cheat engine to be reimplemented back into Swiss
along side the Ocarina Cheat engine with an option to switch between the two
engines for stubborn games like Metroid Prime 2: Echoes.

If it is compression, I will test this with the compressed v3 r174 and v2 r124
loader to see if it works. If it does not work, I will test this with another
compressed build of v2.
