[Suggestion] Default Directories and Layer Outerglow #59

Default directories should be like saves for saves etc so everything wont fill 
the folder by default

Since GBA is layer based Layer Enhancements would look awesome like Outerglow 
from photoshop \(*o*)/

Did you edit the code and compiled or patched the compiled version
I always get lotsa errors when trying to compile emulator sources o_O
I try to fix them but doesn't help
