Loading games from the network buggy #174

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. If Load Device = Network, it will often -- but not always -- freeze.

Sometimes, VBA will freeze at the "Connecting to network share..." screen.
Though the circular icon is still spinning, it will never connect (I've
let it sit for 10 mins before). A hard reset is the only way out of this.

Other times, I will select a game to load from my network share, the screen
will fade (as it normally does before loading a game), but the loading bar
never appears. It will sit frozen on this faded screen until I do a hard
reset.

Other times, it works perfectly fine. If it works fine, I can load any
number of games without issue until I quit the program.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expected it to load games from the network OK, as 2.0.7 did.

Does this issue occur on VBA-M r781
(http://vba-m.ngemu.com/vbam/vbacompiles/msvc2008/VisualBoyAdvance781.7z)?
If so, please report the issue to the VBA-M forum.
Nope -- this issue is not applicable to VBA-M for Windows.

What version are you using? On GameCube or Wii?
2.0.8 for Wii

Are you using the official build (from the downloads page or auto-update)?
Did an auto-update when I ran 2.0.7 tonight.

Please provide any additional information below.
The latest versions of your ports of SNES9X and FCEU load games from the
same network share A-OK. Just VBA has the trouble.

I take that last part back. I seem to be having the same trouble with the
other two
programs. I was just luckier when I tested them after upgrading, I guess...
