Toy Story GB messed up colors and sounds #324

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. loads
2. no music on title screen

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
a functional game.  no music and sound, funny colors

Does this issue occur on VBA-M r781 -

If so, please report the issue to the VBA-M forum.

What version are you using? On GameCube or Wii?
2.2.2 & 2.2.4

Are you using the official build (from the downloads page or auto-update)?
