Mother 3/Final Fantasy Advanced 4-6 still slow in battles #64

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open up VisualBoyAdvanceGX 2.0.7 (as well as any previous version).
2. Open up a game like Mother 3 and/or Final Fantasy Advanced 4-6.
3. Load a save and go into a battle.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
On the overworld, all the above mentioned games run at a full 60fps,
like it's supposed to. However, in Mother 3, when you try to do an attack
in battle, the framerate immediately drops (50-55fps) and the music
stutters making battling almost impossible. The same thing happens in the
FFAdvanced series; the overworlds is are not affected, but as soon as a
battle initiates, the framerate drops to 50-55fps and the sound begins to
skip/stutter, making battles drag on. I don't understand why a game like
"Kirby's Nightmare in Dreamland" can run at 60fps where others like these
cannot. Don't get me wrong, this emulator has come a long way; it's just
that I'm not sure why on earth these issues still exist.

Does this issue occur on VBA-M r781
(http://vba-m.ngemu.com/vbam/vbacompiles/msvc2008/VisualBoyAdvance781.7z)?
If so, please report the issue to the VBA-M forum.
These issues do not exist in r781; the games run full speed
regardless of onscreen action.

What version of the product are you using? On GameCube or Wii?
Currently using the Wii build.

Strangely enough, the sound test doesn't have any speed drop in Mother 3 at
all.

You already reported this in Issue 52, not sure why you're reporting it again.

Oh, I wasn't sure what happened to issue 52, as I couldn't see it...okay, I'll
stop
bugging about it...my bad.
