Homebrew and Official Forwarder ISOs do not work in Wiiflow

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Install a forwarder ISO such as the ones found here: 
http://gbatemp.net/index.php?showtopic=181011
2.Launch the installed forwarder iso in Wiiflow
3.The Wii fails to load the application and goes to the System Menu

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The homebrew app should load.  Instead, the wii loads the system menu.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Wiiflow r181
Cios 249 rev20b
Priiloader v0.4
HBC 1.0.8

Please provide any additional information below.

Wiiflow is set to autoboot in Priiloader.  My Hard Drive has a 32GB FAT32 
partition and a 270GB WBFS partition. The forwarder isos are on the WBFS 
partition and the homebrew apps are on the fat32 partition. The forwarder isos 
also fail to load when I autoboot to usbloader gx.

forwarder isos only work with ios222
