cant load big file

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.loading the game via wiiflow

to be able to play the game/ blackscreen that says cant load bigfile

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
2.1 / os 4.3

the music plays when i click on the boxart and the i go to load the game and it 
goes to a blackscreen saying cant load bigfile. i dont have this problem with 
any other game. i tried alt.dol but nothing comes up.
