Auto game install, Eject & Cover Download #392

Auto detect new game title when inserted into wii drive
(Option in menu to auto install or ask user)
Eject disc after successful installation.
Also option to auto download cover

Currently have to install through menu and selecting install
(Pain when trying to watch TV and install games as this can be time consuming 
process.) Or connect directly to PC/Laptop and tranfer disc via a software.

If you are in wiiflow and insert a disc, the insert status tells it to show the 
dvd button.  We wont be changing this behavior as it is too simple to insert a 
game, select install and then download missing covers.  If you are adding mass 
amounts of games dont complain because you are getting them for free.
