Manually attach covers to games / channels from a folder on sd card

Introduce the ability to manually attach covers to games / channels from a 
folder on the sd card. This would assist when a full cover for a region cannot 
be found (you could use a different region). Also for channels such as Neogamma 
or even wiiflow, I cannot download the cover from wiitb because my forwarder is 
not named correctly, therefore I could download it manually, place it say 
sd/pictures, then select it for that channel in wiiflow. Using the sd card 
would stop you having to dissconnect the drive all the time.

We only have the ability to download other covers for you games, you can do 
this using https://sites.google.com/site/wiiflowiki/configuration/newid-ini. 
Manually attaching covers to games can only be done by adding the covers to the 
cover directory. We are not thinking about expanding the amount of cover 
directories at this time.
