Network initialization failed! #541

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Try and download covers

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expect to download covers. Instead I get Network initialization failed.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
R422 on HBC 1.1.0 IOS58 v24.32

Hi Migotu,

I sure am glad you are back. Thanks for all you have done and are doing for 
Wiiflow. I just did a clean install with R422. I deleted my wiiflow folder from 
the root of my drive first. The app launched fine recreating the wiiflow folder 
at the root of my drive. Then I tried to download all of my covers and got the 
Network initialization failed error. I also tried the download missing covers 
function and received the same error.

And you could recreate this same issue after resetting your wii?  Seems HBC had 
your network buggered up.

No I thought the same and rebooted before I submitted this issue. HBC is 
showing the wifi icon solid in the lower right corner. Also other apps such as 
the Internet Channel, Wiimc, and Ftpii all work fine. I have to run out for a 
bit but I will check back later...

Forgot to mention a couple of other things. The download gametb also fails but 
in this case no error is generated it just takes me back to the settings page 
1. 
There should be an error message generated when download gametb fails. I also 
tried turning on the Init network on boot setting to see if that would help but 
no joy.

I decided to enable WiiConnect24 and reboot to see if this would help. It did 
and Wiiflow was able to download all my covers. I then disabled WiiConnect24 
again and rebooted. Once again I am back to Network initialization failed. This 
is 100% reproducible on my end. I have never used WiiConnect24 in the past and 
would like to keep it disabled. I hope with this new info you can pin this one 
down. Thanks for your support...

Hello I'm having the same problem. But my problem is I have not got a clue as 
my ex rigged it all up and I ain't in contact with him anymore. So could a 
thicko do it or should I find someone that's knows thanks
