Game Title mixed up (shuufled)

The game titles to not match the game selected or picture

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Brows on default theme (when no theme is installed) to a title.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
notice that the picture shows title "X" the title shows "Y" and when pressing 
the (+) it shows information sometimes related to (X), sometimes to (Y) and 
sometimes to title (Z)
this phenomenon doesn't happen to all titles but to many titles.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
R424, d2x V8 final

Please provide any additional information below.
refreshing WiiTDB does not solve the problem but reshuffles the titles.
