boost/bind.hpp missing? #5

Alright i tried debuging the files to get the cilents out of it, but,
theres a file its saying thats missing called boost/bind.hpp and its not
reading it, anyone tell me why this is happening?

did you download the boost addon and set the additional file path to the 
directory
you installed it in?
