OnServerReady() Returned False #9

I keep getting:

[Error]: Failed to connect to MYSQL Server
[Error]: OnServerReady() Returned False

and yeah i don't know much about sql servers, so how exactly do i change
the status to true?

actually dw my sql installation was corrupted.
