More improvements for the Account Creation

Additions:

[ ] Add the option to sign up with e-mail.
[ ] Add Other as a 3rd option for gender (Male, Female, Other). -Maybe add the option to reassign gender on player profile for 5 reps- Better organization:
[ ] Make sure each step is clearly detailed: Character details (username and gender), Physical attributes (self-explanatory). Questionary to Pick your village. Ensure is clear for the user to know in which step they are from the process.
[ ] Group some of the steps to make the sign-up process less tedious Merge step 1 with step 2, step 3 with step 4, and step 11 and step 12, making it a total of 9 steps. Design improvements:
[ ] Add a banner picture for each of the steps to make it more visually appealing. ( I will provide the pictures) Example:
[ ] Align the text in the center for the village assignment questionnaire and also make the font bigger.
