This is a special neutral Sector where no PVP can happen. This sector is where players will go to accept events and participate in events and festivals. The buildings in this sector will be special.

HISTORY BUILDING:
In the history building this will take the form off a news board similar to the forum, Where event/content members can create posts for the Lore of the game and people can go there and read the lore.
All Items marked as events will be present at the SOUVENIRS SHOP.
ADMINISTRATION BUILDING
This is where persons will go to accept events(It's similar to the mission hall) and see special posts regarding the events.)
Science Building: Persons will travel there to roll and see if they have a BL
Global Anbu: A sort of news section for updates on threats
