Add config backup function

• Use compressed ZIP, give custom file extension, to filter more easily
• Add backup creation function
• Add backup restore function
• If there are configs in the target location with the same name, show all in a list with checkboxes where all are selected by default, and override the selected ones, or only copy ones that don't exist yet
