Add type generated feature #219

Add index.d.ts file on root folder. Activated by "npx npm-dts -e main.js generate" in console.

@Mathieu2301, Hi and apologies for the directly noticed you here, but I think this is really good improvement for the 📦

npx npm-dts -e main.js generate doesn't generate the same file in the diff. Am I missing something. types doesn't seem to be working. shows as any
