Default CRS of the project #30

Each time I load my biodispersal project in the plugin (xml file), I need to redefine the CRS. By default it is the french one, but here I use swiss projection.

Would it be an idea the set the default CRS from the CRS of the QGIS project?

This is a bug, I will correct it soon.
