Create a README consisting of at least the project name, the table of contents, the analysis of the project (description of user groups/user stories ) and the tools used to create the project.

If there is time, add a guide on how to make the project work in case of contributions (?).

Acceptance Criteria: ✔️ done - ❌ not done yet

Must have: Have project title + short description what the project is about❌ Have table of contents up to date❌ Have analysis artefacts explaind shortly with a hyperlink towards the full description❌ Have tools used explained and linked to their respective official website via hyperlink❌
