- When I access the price chart for a selected stock, the application should provide an option to overlay technical indicators on the chart.
- The available technical indicators should include popular ones such as Moving Averages (e.g., 50-day and 200-day), Relative Strength Index (RSI), Moving Average Convergence Divergence (MACD), and any other relevant indicators.
- Each selected technical indicator should be visually distinct on the chart, using different colors, line styles, or other visual elements to differentiate them from the stock's price line.
- As a user, I should be able to customize the parameters of the technical indicators, such as the period length for Moving Averages or the threshold values for RSI.
- The application should allow me to easily add or remove technical indicators from the chart through intuitive controls, such as checkboxes or dropdown menus.
- When I hover over data points on the chart, tooltips should display relevant information, including the values of the selected technical indicators at that specific point in time.
- The technical indicator integration should support various time ranges on the chart, enabling me to analyze the indicators' performance over different periods.
- As a user, I expect the technical indicators to update dynamically when changing the time range or switching between different stocks for comparison.
- The application should provide clear and concise explanations or documentation on the interpretation and usage of each technical indicator, helping me understand their implications in technical analysis.
- As a user, I want the technical indicator integration to be user-friendly and intuitive, making it easy for me to perform technical analysis on the selected stocks.
