Explore using foreign data wrappers to quickly add support for parquet files

There may be a quick way to implement functionality for parquet files. We should do some bench marking and experiments to determine if it's better than using geo-polars or similar to roll our own implementation.

• [ ] Run bench marks on selects, aggregations and geospatial queries

This seems like it's not possible to do with any kind of speed just now. Might be something to return to in future with partitioned geoparquet but for now closing out.
