It would be good to be able to preview patches for UrlShortener.
The web server config can be complicated, but it doesn't need to be for patchdemo's purposes — it can just stay as the default e.g. https://patchdemo.wmflabs.org/wikis/1234/wiki/Special:UrlRedirector/x. So no configuration variables need to be set.
