Describe the bug
Upon installation of Protontricks, whenever trying to start a game with Proton,
a compatibility tool configuration error appears and the game does not start
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
in terminal "sudo dnf install protontricks"
start a steam game
Expected behavior
The game starts normally as it would with proton
System (please complete the following information):
Distro: Fedora 36
Protontricks installation method: community package/ dnf
Protontricks version: 1.9.0
Steam version: not in a beta
Additional context
I have installed wine and all wine dependencies before this, I have enabled rpm fusion completely and
I am using the rpm version of steam, I have used proton flawlessly on this machine before.
I have tried removing Protontricks, but this does not resolve the issue.
*If the error happens when trying to run a Protontricks command, run the command again using the -v flag and copy the output!**
"Proton installation is incomplete. Have you launched a Steam app using this Proton version at least once to finish the installation?"
