[1.16.4-35.1.4] Config ignored #25

in config...

Should spiderweb trees generate in world

"Generate spiderweb trees" = false

but I still find them in the world...

Also seems to be ignoring the chances of spawning since I have doubled the default and still find them in large numbers.
