Update to NET 6 and slash commands #46

Updates packages:

Makes all commands now use slash commands instead of @<insert bot name here> <command>

Just an update, I intend to run through some basic tests with this this weekend o7

Last remaining potential issue is changing the dockerfile for .NET 6, but I'll do that as it becomes necessary
