Reimplement debug mode - Githubissues

The debug menu is now removed. This is how it is going to work now:

Level editor should be accessible from the main menu (see #53).
You enable debug mode by pressing `CTRL+D in either launcher or on the title screen.
When debug mode is enabled you see DEBUG text on the top left (below version) and F3 menu cannot be disabled.
The character ascending hotkey should be changed to CTRL+A
