The way Relay may create interfaces into the containers may require following the CNI standard. The current way docker and oci containers work have alot more procedures than just simple namespaces. I think this issue should be investigated further.
I'll open up a new issue later when the time is appropriate as to not clutter the issues right now
You can reopen this issue and track it on a backlog in the Project Board, that will make it obvious. I'll be doing that with the Architect repo to demonstrate tonight.

I reopened because backlog issues should still be open.
This is an issue to track progress on determining how much of the CNI specification Relay should be following as well as what parts of the spec work and don't work with what the current vision is.
