Hey!

Spotify has this internal volume control that is accessible from the api (LINK to documentation) if you use that Instead of the Windows sound thing. Thean you can run the blocker on you PC and use it for example with your phone. (Without starting spotify on the pc)

From my knowledge you need premium to use that endpoint. This is the case with most endpoints from the Player api.

If @pizzadudez assumption is correct than this would be useless.
