Missing variants in clinical list #35

In https://clinical-db.scilifelab.se:8081/#/family/142/variants?database=IEM&offset=0

The first variant showed is Chr 9 | 71679937 | A → G, but in the raw data it is X 18622257 18622257 C A.

Do you have it loaded in the database?

"X 18622257 18622257 C" är klassad som EP, i ditt filter leter du i IEM.
