"[scanlines-abs.fx] failed to compile" when using DX12 #14

So I'm using scanlines-abs for my preset and it runs fine on OpenGL and DX11 but whenever I try to use it with DX12 it fails to compile with scanlines-abs.fx(73,1): warning X4576: 'PS_ScanlinesAbs': Input parameter 'angle' semantic does not match vertex shader one error: internal compiler error.
