Fixed file format (dos2unix over the file)
removal of PATH, this should be defined out of the script (eg in the cron line)
adding check for first argument. fallback to check the ip address written in the script
added sanity check for curl and xmllint
added sanity check for existance of ip address and curl exit code
fixed README accordingly
