BUG: Direct DNS doesn't do anything? #1381

I set Remote DNS to 1.1.1.1 and Direct DNS to local and my default outbound is set to 'bypass', I go to ipleak.net and see my real IP (because site is not in 'proxy' routing rule), but it shows DNS adresses related to 1.1.1.1 address (Cloudflare), not my real address. If I change my Remote DNS to 8.8.8.8 then it shows google addresses. It seems to me like Direct DNS is not used at all, no matter what I put there. What could be the problem? I also tried switching 'FakeDNS' on and off.

I have the exact same problem on Windows.
