BUG: Many connections to 2.tlu.dl.delivery.mp.microsoft.com #1410

I connected to my VPN server and I see that the Nekoray program itself is sending a bunch of some strange requests. How can I block this? I pay for my VPN traffic and I don't want an open source program to do something I didn't allow it to do.

This is unrelated to nekoray. It is Windows Update's Delivery Optimization communicating with Microsoft's CDN Server. If you don't want this, just head to Windows Setting -> Windows Update -> Advanced Option -> Delivery Optimization and disable it.

EDIT: Note that this only stops Windows Update from consuming your upload bandwidth to aid delivery for other computer. If there is new update available it will still connect to *.dl.delivery.mp.microsoft.com to download contents. This cannot be prevented if you do not completely disable Windows Update.
