BUG: Tun mode doesn't work on linux #1476

I tried to set a proxy process name (mainly for vesktop) to be able to use this, but no matter what i do, nothing works. Tun mode doesn't recognize the program or just freezes nekobox, so i need to reboot. How can i make tun mode work programs? Or how can write rules to make programs work? (Specifically for linux programs)
