Make icon spin on its centre. #35

It was spinning off centre on hover because it isn't centred vertically.

There's a UI rework in the works, so I'll hold a bit on merging this until I know what components I'll be rewriting / redesigning.

The problem was fixed in the UI overhaul with a different approach, closing this
