Update README badges to api.runelite.net #41

The website i.pluginhub.info, which powers your README badges, is going to be shut down at the end of the month (November 1st, 2024) as you can now use RuneLite's API to generate these shields (as was done in this PR).

I highly recommend you merge this PR, or make this change yourself, before the shutdown date to avoid your badges breaking.

You should also create a PR to the hub so that your readme updates on RuneLite.net's Plugin Hub website after merging this PR, but that's up to you

Anyway, thanks for using my website while it was alive :heart:

Hey, thank you very much for taking the time to turn this into a PR instead of simply giving me a heads up.

To be completely honest, I've never looked into this too much and had no idea it was ran by a contributor and not by RL itself - thank you for keeping this running the whole time!! I merely copied the shields from another repo's README (possibly one of yours) and replaced the plugin name with mine, lol.

For something that was mostly aimed at just being a backend API used by devs, the website looks great! The leaderboard feature was pretty cool, congrats on being number # 1 there, haha. I knew you were up there but was surprised to see you surpass quest helper + 117hd, noice.
