1.19 Update Request #6

Hi. I wonder if you could update this? It's a great plugin :)

I'm not sure if I plan to support this, I would rather redesign it using my Velocity library. Reason being is that GUIs on the proxy server are really strange on Velocity, since the only way to make them is to use Protocolize (or Cerus), which I have both had many issues with. If this is going to be updated again it will likely be a complete refactor.

I am currently using this on a proxy that is completely compatible with 1.19+, the GUIs however, don't work. You can still modify the config file and do vannouncer reload, but you'd have to build it yourself.
