Tether #1

What will we do about connecting a tether to the robot so we can initiate programs while the bot is in the water?

Aren't we not allowed to control the robot in any way?

We are using it to load the programs while the robot is in the water. This is because it is extremely hard to get an SSH connection while the robot is in the water, and at the competition we are not allowed to bring the bot out of the water once it goes into the water.
