When you click a tag three times, it cycles first to the "included" darker grey color, then to the "excluded" red color, then to the color of hovering on the tag nav, which is the same darker grey as the color for "included", which is the color it is when you hover the mouse over it. It does not turn back to the "off" color until you click elsewhere. These colors should change to be more distinct.
