Each row of "+ someone else" fields should have a "x" button on the end, in case the user clicked "+ someone else" too many times and wishes to remove them.
If we are discarding blank fields, technically we wouldn't need this. But in user acceptance testing, some users didn't know if they were adding data with blank fields, and felt anxiety that they would appear as a blank in their submission listing.
